This website is operated by Happy View, Lda, NIF 518727360, based at Estrada Regional 101, nº34, Seixal, Madeira, Portugal ("we", "us", "Avista Navios").

This website does not have contact forms, user accounts, or online orders. We do not directly collect personal information you type into this site.

The only data processing that happens here comes from embedded third-party services, described below.

This site stores only two preferences in your browser (localStorage): your chosen language and your cookie decision (with its date and version). These stay on your device, are never sent to us, and the cookie decision expires after 6 months, when we ask again.

This site can embed a Google Maps map to show our location. That map is off by default: it is only loaded after you allow it. Until you do, no request is made to Google Maps. If you allow it, Google may set cookies or collect technical data (such as your IP address), according to Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can withdraw your permission at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or the button next to the map. Once withdrawn, the map is no longer loaded on this site — but any cookies Google already set in your browser can only be deleted by you, in your browser settings.

The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, so no requests are made to external font services.

We link to our Instagram page (@avistanavios). If you click through to Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy applies to your activity there, not this one.

Where technical data is processed by Google Maps, this is based solely on your consent, given through the cookie panel. Storing your language and cookie preferences is strictly necessary for the site to work.

We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data processed by embedded third-party services (Google, Meta) is retained according to their own respective policies, not ours.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and the right to object to its processing or request its portability. Since we don't directly collect personal data through this site, most of these rights would apply to your interactions with Google or Meta directly — see their respective privacy policies for how to exercise them there.
